In old French ‘novation’ means “to make new”. 

Our company is founded on the notion of making existing homes new through thoughtful renovation plans to improve the function and livability according to today’s standards.  The custom home planning and design brings each home plan into harmony with the owners needs and desires while marrying the existing home with the new spaces.
Novare Design Ltd.is a  planning and design company focused on custom residential projects. We have been in the residential design business in Calgary since 1987. The scale of the projects may vary from minor renovations to an existing home to improve its function, a major addition or a complete new home.
With its associated company, Homes by Novare, we are building new homes in the established inner city neighbourhoods. (link to HBN site)
The principal designer is Nancy J. Inlow whose background includes Masters Studies at the University of Calgary’s Faculty of Environmental Design in Architecture.
